Ownership

Any goods delivered remain the property of Azmo Power & Steel until full payment has been received.

Warranty

• Industrial Generators: 1 year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first, provided proof of service every 250 hours.
• Portable Generators: 6 months or 100 hours.
• Portable (2nd Hand) Generators: 3 months or 100 hours.
• No Warranty: No guarantee or warranty on overload, alternator, and repairs. No guarantee or warranty, returns, or refunds on any electrical parts, including alternators and ATS units.

Service Intervals

• Portable Generators: Service intervals every 100 hours.
• Industrial Generators: Service intervals every 250 hours.

Warranty Void Conditions

• Tampering: Warranty of any products supplied by Azmo Power will be voided if tampered with by a third party.
• Service Neglect: Failure to service the generator regularly, according to the suggested intervals, will result in the cancellation of the warranty.

Warranty Lead Time

The warranty lead time is between 1 to 14 days.

Service Plan

This quotation/invoice does not include a service plan.
